Automation, systems & AI consulting
Your people shouldn't be the glue between your systems.
I'm a software engineer with 10 years automating complex, technical business processes. I connect the systems you already pay for, automate the work that eats your teams' week, and build the tools you can't buy off the shelf.
Done properly, not cheaply.
- Re-keying data between systemsIntegrations that move it for you
- Reports rebuilt by hand every weekDashboards that stay current
- Approvals stuck in email threadsWorkflows with an owner and a trail
- Spreadsheets doing a database's jobInternal tools built for the work
What I do
Fewer manual steps. Systems that work together.
Process automation across teams
Connecting the systems you have
Custom internal tools & dashboards
Practical AI strategy
One expert across the stack
How I work
One conversation to a working system
A 30-minute call
Walk me through where the time goes. No pitch deck.
A scoped proposal
What I'd build, in what order, and what it costs, in writing before anything starts.
Built in stages
Working pieces early. Each stage earns the next.
Documented and yours
Code, accounts and documentation stay with you. No lock-in.
Something I built
A prospecting system for a keynote speaker
Hours of research for every sales email, replaced by a system that:
- Finds organizations and scores the fit
- Cites every fact, and leaves out anything it can't verify
- Drafts a personal email for each one
- Keeps a person in charge: every email is approved before it sends
A real build, with names and details hidden. The same approach scales to a team's worth of manual work.
FAQ
Questions people ask
Do we have to replace our systems?
Usually not. Most of the value is in connecting and automating what you already pay for. Replacing a system is a last resort, and only when it clearly pays for itself.
How do you handle security and access?
Least-privilege access, credentials kept in your own accounts, and everything documented so your team can audit or revoke it at any time.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing after the first call. You know the price before any work starts.
Who would we be working with?
Me, directly: Sean Duggan, a software engineer with 10 years automating complex, technical business processes. No account managers or hand-offs.
Can you work with our IT team or vendors?
Yes. I work alongside in-house teams and existing vendors, and hand over cleanly when the work is done.
Where is your team losing time?
Book a 30-minute call. If I can help, you get a clear written proposal. If I can't, I'll say so.
