Your business runs on manual work.
It doesn't have to.
I build custom software and automation tools for small businesses in New Hampshire — so you can stop managing spreadsheets and start running your business.
Sound familiar?
You're tracking jobs, clients, or inventory in spreadsheets that break every other week.
Your quoting process takes hours when it should take minutes.
You're paying for multiple tools that still don't talk to each other.
Your team spends half the day on work that should happen automatically.
Manual processes made sense when you were starting out. Now they're holding you back.
What I Build
Business Automation
Eliminate the repetitive manual work. Automated workflows that run in the background — data entry, notifications, reporting, approvals — without you touching them.
Custom Internal Tools
Dashboards, scheduling systems, and internal apps built around your exact workflow. Not a generic SaaS product with features you don't need. Something that fits.
Integrated Websites
A website that's actually connected to your business — quotes, bookings, client portals, and forms that feed directly into your systems.
What this looks like in practice
Contractor quoting
Enter a job scope, get a professional quote generated and emailed automatically.
Scheduling systems
Client books online, job appears in your calendar, crew gets notified, invoice goes out when it's done.
Client portals
Give customers a login to track their project, upload documents, and approve work.
Reporting dashboards
See your business numbers in one place, updated in real time, without pulling from five different places.
Form → database automation
Intake forms that automatically create records, trigger follow-ups, and notify the right people.

Who's behind this
I'm Sean Duggan — a software engineer based in Southern New Hampshire.
My background is in enterprise software: cloud systems, automation, AI, and building things that actually work under pressure. I've spent years solving complex technical problems for large organizations. Now I apply that same approach to small businesses.
I work directly with owners, not through layers of project managers. You talk to the person building your software.
I'm local — based in the Derry/Londonderry area — and I work with businesses across NH and Greater Boston, in-person or remote.
Let's talk about your workflow
No pitch. No commitment. Just a conversation about where your business is losing time and whether software can fix it.
