How much does a custom tool cost?
Every project gets a fixed quote up front for a defined tool. The free call is where we figure out what's worth building.
Can you just help me set up software I already have?
Yes. Setting up a CRM, business email or other off-the-shelf tools is quoted the same way: a fixed price for a defined job.
Do I have to switch software?
Usually not. Most tools connect to what you already use, like your calendar, Google Sheets, QuickBooks or your booking app, rather than replacing it.
Will AI send things without me knowing?
Not unless you want it to. The tools I build keep a person in the loop: AI drafts, you approve.
